I’m really busy already. Will I need to commit a lot of time to this to be successful?

My programs were created with you in mind. I thought of busy schedules, like yours, every step of the way.

While you will need to put in effort to see any transformation, the habits that you’re working on are meant to fit seamlessly into the schedule you desire. You will not need to find a bunch of extra time for implementation. Should you need to find any extra time at all, we have strategies to support you there, as well.

I’ve tried so many different programs and nothing has worked for me before. How will this be different?
